At Thrivin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to getting you back in the game with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
